A system for automated blog post production
A system that produces blog content on a schedule, from source research through drafting and formatting to posts prepared for review and publication.
- The situation
- Maintaining a regular publishing schedule required research, drafting, formatting and publishing to be carried out by hand for every post. The effort involved meant output was inconsistent and difficult to sustain over time.
- What was built
- A system that runs the blog production process end to end. It gathers source material, drafts each post with the appropriate model, formats it to the publication's structure, and prepares it for review. A person approves each post before it is published.
- The outcome
- A consistent publishing schedule is maintained with a fraction of the previous manual effort. Drafts arrive formatted and ready for review, so the remaining work is editorial judgement rather than production.

What was built
A system that runs the blog production process end to end.
- Source research gathered automatically as the basis for each post.
- Drafting carried out by the appropriate model, working from that material.
- Formatting applied to the publication’s structure, so posts are consistent.
- A review step, in which a person approves each post before it is published.
The outcome
A consistent publishing schedule is maintained with a fraction of the previous manual effort. Drafts arrive formatted and ready for review, so the remaining work is editorial judgement rather than production. Nothing is published without a person approving it first.
